A union is an organization made for and by workers fighting together to protect and further your rights at work. At SEIU Healthcare, we achieve this by helping our members:
- Help to negotiate collective agreements.
- Assist with grievances, including arbitration hearings.
- Take disputes to the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
- Protect you from layoffs and outsourcing.
- Resolve Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) claims and provide representation at appeals for members whose claims are denied.
