We’re inviting union members aged 35 and under to join a special ”New Era Voices: Shaping Tomorrow’s Union” to share your honest thoughts, experiences, and ideas about:

• How do you think being part of a union will help you empower yourself?
• What matters most to you at work and in your community
• Why you may not currently be more involved in union activities
• What motivates you to take action for causes that matter to you
• This will be a full day workshop/focus group
• That you’ll be offering daily honorarium of 75$ or LOAs for those that qualify and can attend
• Food and accommodations will be provided for those who require.
• Plenty of networking opportunities. Opportunity to lead the face of how events and programming for young workers are delivered
