Once again, SEIU Healthcare’s Nursing Division is assisting the Canadian Federation of Nurses Union (CFNU) in a very important survey regarding the “Outlook on Nursing Study”.
We are encouraging all nurses (i.e., RNs, NPs, RPNs, LPNs) in each healthcare sector to take the time to participate in this survey. The CFNU has partnered with the University of Toronto’s School of Nursing to conduct the first-ever anonymous nationwide assessment.
The study examines the relationship between nurse staffing, the nursing work environment, and nurse outcomes in Canada.It is crucial that we raise our concerns with the working conditions of nurses’ and how these conditions may impact patient care. Your input to this survey will contribute to new developments that can help improve nurse outcomes in the healthcare industry.
